HOW GREAT IS GOD ! HE GIVES EVERYONE FREE WILL AND FREE CHOICE..DEUTERONOMY 30:19. God presents Himself, His love , His salvation, His forgiveness , relationship with Him, His commandments and His promises. How GREAT ! . He does not force or make anyone receive or accept Him, He has given everyone a will and a choice. He will allow every person to accept or reject Him.You have a free will choice .WHAT WE DO NOT HAVE A CHOICE ABOUT IS THE CONSEQUENCES OF OUR CHOICES ! Because we were able by the will of God to have a free will then good or bad, blessed or cursed it is our choice. There are 2 different kinds of people, ..those who say to God 'Thy will be done" and those who God says " OK , HAVE IT YOUR WAY" Though God loves every person , and gives to every person the opportunity to know Him, and have a blessed life of fellowship on earth with Him ,and eternity never to be seperated from Him, and it grieves Him when people refuse , he cannot deny His principals if we deny Him.It is not His will that any should perish ( be seperated from Him )( 2 Peter3:9)..But there is most certainly a heaven to gain and a hell to shun ! It is Gods will that we receive forgiveness and salvation and eternal life through the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ, but it is a choice and a decision to be deliberitly made by every individual..Such an awesome promise warrants and demands a response( Mark 16:15, 16 ) It is a choice that brings untold blessing or untold consequences.. Many times people who have made the choice to receive Jesus as Lord and have become born again , do not see all the great blessings and life abundant that is promised. Most times it is because they have chosen , not to continue to grow inTHE things of God ( 11 Timothy 2:15..Hosea 4:6..Romans 12:1,2....John 8:31, 32...Ephesians 4:11-15...Malachi 3:10-12 ) but we must be willing to allow the transformation or there is no victory ( Isaiah 1:19..Galations 6:4-9 ..Hebrews 10;25 )
Did you ever stop to think that eternal life is given as a free gift ! Paid for by the awesome sacrifice of Jesus Christ at Calvary ! WE BY CHOICE canr eceive it freely by faith ( John 1:12) AND for all eternity we can enjoy with a joy unspeakable and full of glory the reward of that choice we made to respond to the love of God and His free gift..But think of the unimaginable eternal horrors of those who by their own choice reject God:( They go to a place of day and night torment for ever and ever( Revelation 14:11...Luke 16:19-24 ) It is hell and misery because God is not there..there will never be the sound of laughter, nor even a smile, never a baby, never even the smallest sign of love, no joy , no peace, the very things that people CHOSE to reject God for , will not be there, there is no sex, or pornography, no money, no gambling, no alchohol, no drugs, no power , popularity or fame ..AND the very thing that they value the most the freedom to choose their own way is lost forever. because satan rules with an iron tormenting hand ...BUT WE WHO HAVE CHOSE THE WAY THE TRUTH AND THE LIFE , JESUS.. WILL NEVER HAVE THE FEAR OF THOSE HORRORS ( JOHN 14:6 ) CHOOSE AND MAKE THE CHOICE TO SHARE THE GOOD NEWS OF THE GOSPEL TO ALL WHO YOU CAN ( MATTHEW 28:18-20 ) FROM PASTOR OKORO MIKE BLESSING
