- Almost fifty, married to Sandy, father of two: a daughter in college and a fourteen year old son. Retired from Navy in 1997--twenty years in the submarine force. I am a graduate of Chaminade University, Nazarene Bible College, and Northwest Nazarene University. I have a bachelor's in biblical studies and a master's in spiritual formation. I spent nine years as a healthcare chaplain in a large Colorado medical center. I was laid-off from that job in the fall of 2008. I am currently working as a contract sales specialist at Lowe's.
- How did I get into "emerging ministry"?
- I got into emerging ministry and developed an interest in the emergent movement when I was doing my graduate studies at Northwest Nazarene University.
